 Hey,

 If this is regarding ticket #41271 (or at least fixing the livecheck),
 isn't it rather obvious that fixing libkml isn't the right path to go?
 uriparser is a separate piece of software, which is merely used by libkml
 as a contributed piece of code. Ideally, libkml should not be built
 against its built-in copy of uriparser. It should have a library
 dependency on uriparser and use that instead.
