 Actually it depends on the compiler that is used.  GCC 4.8's support for
 Regex is too weak, in that case we use Boost's Regex.  In the case of
 Clang, libc++'s Regex is good enough, in which case no Boost library is
 used, everything is only compile-time dependencies.
