 I updated the port to:

 1. use markdown-mode 2.0
 2. add an emacs_app variant

 Note that the port still uses ${destroot}${prefix}/share/emacs/site-lisp
 as the LISPDIR because Emacs-app has this directory in its load path by
 default.
