 I have tried to install the subversion-javahlbindings (version 1.8.4) on

 Is this a configuration error on my side? Or of the subversion-

 The log says:

 Off the top of my head, the first question would be: is java installed? It
 doesn't come preinstalled on OS X anymore, since OS X 10.8. Run `java` to
 find out; it'll either give you a usage message if it's already installed,
 or prompt you to install it if it's not.
