 First, thank you Michael for all your work maintaining this port! It's
 greatly appreciated.

 Overnight, I tried completely deleting /opt and other MacPorts bits and
 installing the SVN version of MacPorts according to the MacPorts guide
 (http://guide.macports.org/#installing.macports.subversion), including the
 optional step. I did an "svn update" in /opt/mports/trunk (r113404 as of
 now), and a "portindex" in /opt/mports/trunk/dports. I then ran "sudo port
 install gnuradio-devel". After several hours, I get the same Boost error
 while compiling gnuradio-devel. See the main.log I'll post momentarily.

 I will try what you advised for Ken (comment 26), but I'm not optimistic
 it will help.
