 After a Portfile update with increased version number has been committed
 to the remote repository, calling {{{ port selfupdate }}} marks the
 installed port as {{{ outdated }}} - calling {{{ sudo port upgrade botan
 }}} then installs the new version and deactivates the old version of the
 port.
