 Yeah; that's the clang/volk issue with older clang. Is your install of
 Xcode fully updated?  On my 10.9 install, I have the same "clang -v" but
 it makes it through the build OK. My Xcode is the latest.  Also, could you
 try the following:
 {{{
 sudo port clean gnuradio
 sudo port install gnuradio configure.compiler=macports-clang-3.4
 }}}
 and see if that works; it does for me.  Obviously this will install clang
 3.4, which might take a while if the binary download is not available.
