New description:
Hey !
I've tried to install scipy using macports for Mavericks. However I'm
quite new OS X user, and I have no clue how to overcome this problem. I'd
grateful for any supportive idea how to solve this problem. I attach the
log file to this post.
Cheers,

Comment:
The log says:
{{{
:info:build The directory that should contain system headers does not
exist:
:info:build /usr/include
}}}
This means you have not installed the Xcode command line tools, which
you're required to do. Please run `xcode-select --install` and `sudo port
clean libgcc` and then try again.
