New description:

 Trying to install xgsch2pcb I get the subject error. It looks like the
 offending package is Python 2.5 gtk.

Comment:

 py25-numpy was removed in r113431, which
 [https://lists.macosforge.org/pipermail/macports-
 dev/2013-November/025130.html broke a lot of ports].
