 On my 10.9 boot this morning, and glfw configures just fine for me.
 OPENGL_INCLUDE_DIR is set to
 "/System/Library/Frameworks/OpenGL.framework", as desired/expected. Maybe
 folks with this issue need to go into Xcode and install the command-line
 tools and related downloads?
