 I am the maintainer of the apache2 port, however apache isn't very
 exciting to me these days and I haven't worked on merging these changes.
 The port is openmaintainer and if anyone else wants to merge the changes,
 and be responsible for checking and updating all ports that use apache2 to
 account for the new file layout, they're welcome to do so. The ticket for
 that is #35824.
