 Now that this patch is in the regular root port (as of r113530), do I
 still need to be running "trunk base" in order to make use of this on
 10.7.5?

 Is it enough to just add the libc++ line in my macports.conf and reinstall
 my ports?  Are the buildfromsource and delete_la_files lines required, or
 are they doing something else?  I'd rather not have to build everything
 from source if possible.
