 I am trying to install gimp (after upgrading to 10.9).  But, babl is a
 dependency and is failing to install.
 It seems that a server is down, and so Macports is failing to find the
 source to install.  Macports seems to have some older versions in
 http://packages.macports.org/babl/, but not the one that that is current.
