Comment:

 Fixed by adding dependency  on xorg-libXv and deleting unused X11
 dependencies in +no_x11.  When building +no_x11, X11 dependent plugins are
 disabled and  no X11 libs are linked to.  Otherwise these ports are quartz
 agnostic.

 Committed in r113658 for gstreamer1-gst-plugins-base, r113664 for
 gstreamer010-gst-plugins-base.
