 Trying to install ocaml-lwt 2.4.3_1 leads to the following error message:

 Due to https://github.com/ocsigen/lwt/issues/18 this is a known bug of
 compiling ocaml-lwt 2.4.3 on ocaml 4.01 which is the default version on
 macports currently.
