 Okay this is where I got so far.
 I update the `Portfile` and attach `org.macports.fetch-crl.plist`​, which
 would go into files. The file `org.eugridpma.fetch-crl.plist​` becomes
 irrelevant.

 I still have some doubt on plist file handling, but see comment:7 for
 details.
