Comment:

 Line 848 of that file already reads "`if(s->obmc && !s->mb_intra){`". The
 change from "`-`" to "`,`" is a single-bit change; I'm going to blame this
 on a random bit error in your disk or memory. "sudo port clean ffmpeg" and
 try again and it shouldn't happen again.
