 mono 3.2.3 built fine for me on Mavericks. I'll compare our logs and see
 if anything looks different.

 I tried updating the port to 3.2.5 but it
 [https://bugzilla.xamarin.com/show_bug.cgi?id=16431 does not build]. The
 developers apparently released a broken tarball for 3.2.5. Hopefully this
 will be fixed in 3.2.6 and we can update then.
