 The error in the log is:

 sed: RE error: illegal byte sequence
 }}}

 This is an error that occurs with the version of `sed` on Mountain Lion
 and later; we can patch this.

 However, qt4-x11 is a very old port and it may fail for other reasons even
 after we fix that. Can you use the qt4-mac port instead?
