 You need to selfupdate to get the fix:

 sudo port selfupdate
 }}}

 If you have already installed a previous version of the wine port, you
 would need to deactivate it:

 {{{
 sudo port -f deactivate wine
 }}}

 Otherwise you can proceed to installing wine-devel:

 {{{
 sudo port install wine-devel
 }}}
