 I still can't link against the geoexpress-sdk. For some reason gdal builds
 but is missing links from the library + the applications to
 libltidsdk.8.dylib which is hidden away in
 /opt/local/share/Geo_DSDK/Raster_DSDK/lib/ (from geoexpress-sdk port)
