 As it stands, the ParMETIS port can be compiled only with MPICH. I would
 like to use it with Open MPI. I will attach a suggested change in the form
 of a diff file. Note that I also added a license line, which is copied
 from the metis port.

 I would also be willing to help maintain the port, but I am a complete
 novice when it comes to portfiles.
