 With 2.2.0 installed and after running "selfupdate", "upgrade outdated"
 fails with the following message:

 --->  Verifying checksums for apr
 --->  Extracting apr
 Error: org.macports.extract for port apr returned: command execution

 Error: Failed to install apr
