 I tested this with `py25-wxpython-2.8 +carbon` on 10.6 and it seems to
 work. What fails is

 problem in wx - <type 'exceptions.ImportError'>:
 dlopen(/opt/local/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/2.5/lib/python2.5
 /site-packages/wx-2.8-mac-unicode/wx/_core_.so, 2): no suitable image
 found.  Did find:
 /opt/local/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/2.5/lib/python2.5
 /site-packages/wx-2.8-mac-unicode/wx/_core_.so: mach-o, but wrong
 architecture
 }}}
 but honestly I have no clue how to properly run Python as `i386` in 10.6
 and this is also out of scope for this ticket.

 I'm closing the ticket, but if anyone can still reproduce the error or has
 other problems with it, don't hesitate to reopen the ticket.
