Comment:

 Committed in r112092 with changes: I changed the `github.setup` line to
 separate the version number from the tag prefix, removing the need to
 manually set the `version` later. I also removed the blacklisting of older
 clang that I had added in r112063 since that did not fix the problem I was
 trying to fix.
