#40753: all install and upgrades fail due to fetch error 404 on server

 while updating ports and installing new ones, it now consistently fails
 with an error 404 on the server lil.fr.rsync.macports.org
 i cleaned everything several times, run selfupdate and so on, but always
 404.
 also my dns is ok and i had no trouble reaching the server itself, just
 the file macports expected is not there.

 it failed at least for:

 * php53-pear
 * php5-pear
 * ld64

 changing the mirror in etc/macports/sources.conf did not help since it
 still tries to actually download files from the server which is giving me
 404s

 * OSX: 10.8.5
 * XCode: 4.6.3
