 I can't reproduce this problem.

 The missing file
 {{{
 /opt/local/share/aclocal/lt~obsolete.m4
 }}}

 should be provided by libtool which your log shows is installed and latest
 version.

 Can you check and make sure the file is, indeed, missing and, if so, I
 would suggest re-installing libtool
