Comment:

 Added port in r112291 with some changes:

  * moved the PortGroup line to the top of the portfile where those
 typically go
  * removed trailing whitespace from version line
  * fixed typo in long description
  * removed unnecessary and undesirable change of distfile to an
 [PortfileRecipes#unversioned-distfiles unversioned distfile] (the server
 will serve the file with any name)
  * fixed capitalization of changeLog.txt file in destroot (this would have
 failed on case-sensitive systems like our buildbots)
