 libPyQGLViewer's homepage and livecheck were copied from libQGLViewer's
 and need to be updated to be specific to libPyQGLViewer.

 For example, this is wrong:

 $ port livecheck libPyQGLViewer
 libPyQGLViewer seems to have been updated (port version: 2.3.17, new
 version: 2.4.0)
 }}}
