 I am trying to upgrade groff @1.22.2_1 from Lion to Mountain Lion.  During
 the configuration stage, the configure command hangs when it reaches this
 line (line number 10445) of the configure file:
 {{{
     if echo P2 2 2 255 0 1 2 0 | pnmtops -nosetpage > /dev/null 2>&1 ;
 then
 }}}

 OS: 10.8.5/Mountain Lion
 Xcode: 5.0 (5A1413)

 When I download the groff tarball and run configure manually, it does not
 hang on this line.
