 Seems like `libharfbuzz-icu.0.dylib` links against an old version of
 `libharfbuzz.0.dylib`. Ryan, any advice? Is this a bug; should `harfbuzz-
 icu` be rev-bumped? Shouldn't rebuilding `harfbuzz-icu` have fixed this?
