 This patch upgrades p5-pdl from 2.6.0 (PDL 2.006) to 2.7.0 (PDL 2.007).

 Sorry to do this right on the heels of 2.6.0, but I actually think it is
 important to have both 2.006 and 2.007 available as there were some
 significant incompatible changes in 2.007 to support 64bit indices.
