 Some more information:

    1. The test works with ffmpeg at 1.2.2_0
    2. The test does '''not''' work with ffmpeg at 2.0.1_1

 At this point, my only conclusion is that something happened after the
 upgrade that made this codec bogus. I attach the example that works for
 ffmpeg-1.x. (test-1x.c). Just compile it the same way as before.
