 Actually, I updated the py-dpkt Portfile to python 1.0 portgroup per
 macsforever200's comment.  The one referenced in r22777 is py24 centric,
 plus I updated it to 1.8.

 Several things going on there really.  The original subject was confusing,
 I realize now and given I learned about the updated python 1.0 portgroup.

 The Portfile submitted is a bulk replacement.
