#40836: Current version of nokogiri fails

 attempting to install the nokogiri libraries fails: can't find libxml, for
 example. the current version in MacPorts is 1.4.6. I have seen this error
 posted many times in sites such as stackoverflow.

 This bug was reported to the nokogiri team and they have updated the
 latest stable release (1.6.0) to address this issue. Need to rebuild the
 nokogiri port to include the latest version.
