 Trying to install cmake in OS X 10.9 Mavericks gives the following error.
 I think the first 2 warnings are irrelevant, and related to the fact that
 I installed the Xcode command line tools without the entire Xcode
 application.

 $ sudo port install cmake

 Warning: Xcode does not appear to be installed; most ports will likely
 fail to build.
