 Just upgraded to Mavericks, reinstalled MacPorts then tried to upgrade
 ffmpeg.

 Received error so I uninstalled all ports and tried to install just ffmpeg
 and received following error;

 Error: org.macports.activate for port popt returned: Image error:
 /opt/local/include/popt.h already exists and does not belong to a
 registered port.  Unable to activate port popt. Use 'port -f activate
 popt' to force the activation.
 Error: Failed to install popt
 Please see the log file for port popt for details:
 /opt/local/var/macports/logs/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_tarballs_ports_devel_popt/popt/main.log
