 libetpan appears to have moved from sourceforge to
 https://github.com/dinhviethoa/libetpan -- there has also been an update.

 This patch appears to do the right thing but I would recommend that the
 maintainer review it and test the result to make sure I didn't do anything
 wrong. Note also that the patch in files/ is now obsolete and can be
 removed.
