 FYI, the original fix is in the ragel repo
 git://git.complang.org/ragel.git as Commit:
 0a721c293a59842368b41e16469e9999859f0329 [0a721c2]
 (adds "using std::setiosflags;" after "using std::endl;".)
 But the FreeBSD hack of course, works, too.
