 Well that's your issue right there. MacPorts's `m4` port puts an
 executable named `gm4` in your path by default so as not to conflict with
 the system `m4`. If you really want to use it without the `g` prefix,
 there is an un-prefixed symlink to the executable in
 `${prefix}/libexec/gnubin`, which you can add to your path if you want.
