 any idea?

Comment:

 XBMC in MacPorts is years out of date and doesn't build on any version of
 OS X. It needs updating. See #29557.

 The official build of 12.2 doesn't work on Mavericks either,
 unfortunately. You can either wait for them to release 12.3 or use a
 nightly build.
