 Updates gnumeric to the latest point release, adds dependency and
 configuration support for psiconv and pxlib, +database variant for
 libgda5, and description updated to match.  Also volunteer for port
 maintainership.  This ticket can also close #40264 and 40271.  Note that
 #40271 must be satisfied for +database configuration phase to work,
 otherwise configure simply ignores the presence of libgda5.
