 I am attempting to make a portfile for chemkit, however, cmake is not
 being very helpful.  The problem is that macports creates the build
 directory with the usual path, ending in {{{chemkit/}}}, whereas the
 configure phase wants it to end with {{{chemkit-0.1/}}}.  I have no idea
 how to change this, but it is a showstopper.  Please advise.
