 Committed in r110696 with one minor change, I used `depends_lib` to
 specify the dependencies on `p5.12-xml-dom`, `p5.12-xml-parser`, and
 `perl5.12` so that they don't need to be specified in both `depends_build`
 and `depends_run`.
