 This is not the swig bindings failing to build, it's their dependencies.
 The pike failure is #31384 and the mzscheme one is #21853.

 As for allegro, it looks like the dependency may be wrong, as the swig
 docs seem to be saying it supports
 [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Allegro_Common_Lisp Allegro CL], which is
 not [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Allegro_(software) what the allegro port
 installs].
