Comment:

 The port doesn't actually "build" anything, it just copies the phpmyadmin
 files into the MacPorts prefix. All the php5x variants do is add
 dependencies. Does phpmyadmin work with php55 for you? It did not work for
 me before which is why I did not add the variant before, but I haven't
 checked in a few versions.
