 A portfile for Net::Patricia.  This is my first Portfile created from
 scratch, so please let me know what I've done wrong (if anything).  I have
 tested and used this port locally so it at least works as expected.
 Looking at the freebsd port, they depend on p5-net-cidr-lite to build, but
 this port seemed to build for me without it.
