 For gnumeric +quartz, the following menu items are broken:

 Help > Gnumeric on the Web
 Help > Live Assistance
 Help > Report a Problem
 }}}
 and on the About windows, clicking the "Visit the Gnumeric website" link
 does not work.

 Can someone either verify that these same items do/don't work in the
 default X11 variant, or offer any suggestions on how to fix them.  If not,
 I will patch them out of the menu structure.
