 SBT launchers are backwards compatible. Projects contain a file
 `./project/build.properties` that contains `sbt.version=0.12.4'.

 The launcher will then build that project with 0.12.4.

 The visible change is the default; if that config file is not included,
 SBT 0.13.0 will be used as a default.

 HomeBrew has been updated 0.13.0.
