 This ought to adjust the OBJCXXFLAGS in configure.env also (which,
 admittedly, appears to be ignored right now, but I'm hoping to get that
 fixed upstream at some point.)

 Other than that, looks good to me. I'm hosed this week and probably won't
 be able to get to it for a while, so please go ahead and commit it.
